Without dragging out the entire story and getting into details the servive department, at Park Ave BMW, took the time to look into my vehicle and give ME the benefit of the doubt and replace the tire knowing my tire insurance company would not cover the cost. Not once was I asked for a penny nor did anyone try to negotiate any deals with me. They had my car serviced, cleaned and ready when they said it would be. I'm usually not one to write reviews online, however I must for these guys. For once a dealership that allows you to let your guard down!
