However, since this was a big investment, we decided to shop around and went to every BMW dealership in the area. We did not get that same 'feeling' as we got at Park Ave BMW. We decided to return to Park Ave and work with Michael Messinger. He answered all of our questions honestly; we never felt pressured like at the other dealerships, got the best an lowest possible out-the-door/bottom line price, and most importantly, he made the transaction smooth and easy. We have purchased numerous cars over the past 30+ years and this gentlemen, Michael Messinger, truly exceeded our expectations with his friendly demeanor and professionalism. He made it the best experience ever and we are VERY SATISFIED! We are truly impressed with the staff at Park Ave BMW. Park Ave BMW service i recommend to anyone. The staff, the service the facility the entire operation is 10 years ahead of its time. I have owned 12 cars in my time and never experienced the level of servi the service the facility the entire operation is 10 years ahead of its time. Sometimes I feel like I’m a secret agent or part of some secret organization when I pull my car in for service. They are so high tech it feels so unreal because I never seen this type of top-level service before. I had a problem with my Heater in my BMW 328 and it was freezing and is the middle of winter ,no heat at all so after calling their service center they said to bring it right down. That was my appointment. I was very happy they could take me right away. But when I arrived I was shocked to see them waiting for me with a loaner car and a mechanic ready to work on it as soon as I pulled the car into their garage. Larry Weiner my service professional and now superstar to me in which I like to call him because of his incredible Love for his job and BMW itself in which shows in his superior service and accommodations that I actually look forward to taking my car into being serviced. My BMW loves it too. I am writing this review to share the great service experience that I had with Rich Anzalone at Park Avenue BMW in the Service Dept. Rich was very pleasant as always; however, I feel that he went over experience that I had with Rich Anzalone at Park Avenue BMW in the Service Dept. Rich was very pleasant as always; however, I feel that he went over and above the call of duty to make certain that I was pleased as a customer. I had an issue with the tires on my 2011 550i. The issue was actually caused by poor customer service from another dealer. Rich took the matter into his own hands and resolved my issues. He could have easily sent me back to the previous dealer. However, he realized and valued that I have been a loyal customer with Park Avenue BMW for years and that was more important to him. I truly rate this guy 5 STARS plus. It is obvious to me that Rich truly understands and values providing good customer service. I made a mistake once and visited another dealer; but that will not happen again.
