I upgraded from a 1 series to a stunning, beautiful 328xi and am 110% happy with the car, price, and service. Usually when I enter a car dealership I feel like I need to roll up my pants because the "you know what&quot tends to get higher and higher. Buying a car is my least favorite experience (I rather pull out my eyelashes one by one) but NOT AT PARK AVE BMW. These guys are great, honest, informative, and REAL. They don't rake you over the coals and they don't push ridiculous, budget breaking cars on you that they know you can't afford. Gil went out of his way to show me each feature of the vehicle, and didn't rush through it, even though they were closing. Jeremy is a no-nonsense, honest guy who bends over backward to put you in the car you want at the price you want. THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN PARK AVE!! More

I don't know where to begin because my overall experience with Park Ave BMW was outstanding. I have to admit that when I walk into a dealership I always get pretty anxious because I don't like to feel like I was being "sold" or pressured to get into something that wasn't what I was looking for originally or out of my price range. Francine Barbieri was the sales associate that I worked with. I can't emphasize enough the level of outstanding service that I received working with her. I told her what I was looking for and what price range I wanted to stay in. Absolutely no pressure, she carefully listened to what I wanted and my concerns and she addressed everything putting me very at ease. Sitting in her office felt like she was a BMW Matchmaker..LOL. I described how I would like the car to look, what type of model, and how much I was willing to pay. Right away she found what I was looking for. She helped me break up with Acura and start new comfortable relationship with BMW. Park Ave BMW truly does work as a team. There was one trying to get me the best offer for my car trade, calling different dealerships, another one calling and comparing for me on the best rates, everyone was doing something working together to get me out that dealership with a BMW. All the while I was sitting there eating their delicious muffins with a bottled water. What dealership does that? Francine and Park Ave BMW employees. I've visited many dealerships including other BMW's and no one was able to find my match but these guys. Francine put me into a used 5 series (3yrs old) with just 32k mileage, fully equipped and to be honest I felt like I was walking out with a brand new 2012. The car looks, feels, and smells new. I've never owned a certified pre owned vehicle, I always went with brand new and I gotta tell you, I'm VERY IMPRESSED!! I also can't forget Roger Pic, the finance manager. He worked so hard to get me the best rates and surpassed my expectations. I've never been so well taken care of and between Francine and Roger and of course Gregg who is the director of sales, I received top notch service. I had my car for about a month now so my high is a little over but I'm still so grateful for them because I'm driving the car that i once would stare at on the internet. I can't think of going anywhere else when I buy my next BMW. I'll cross that bridge from New York, its worth it!! Thank You!!! Thank You!! Immediately I noticed the level of professionalism of the staff and the speed, ease, and quality of the work that they do. I never looked back. While feeling like a hostage to their center, I never felt my business was appreciated or necessarily wanted. I never saw my dealer after I purchased my car, and the service staff only cared about my rating of their service. Which they repeatedly told me about every time I saw them. The list of complaint goes on and on...I moved on. Since I have had a chance over the last few years to meet most of the service people at Park Ave, I can undoubtedly say that my experience with Stefanie Petine has been the most rewarding. While I found all of the service reps courteous and professional, Stefanie went beyond any expectations by reminding me of services I was not aware of and rooting out several difficult issues I had with my vehicle over the last two years. She communicated with me via e-mail, cell phone, at any hour necessary and never let a day go by without apprising me of my car's status. It's so difficult in this busy world to manage all of the little details modern life challenges us with! Stefanie removed one of those for me and I have only thanks in return.
