During the test drive Robert made me feel comfortable with the car, and not overwhelmed, as this car is a bit more sophisticated than any I have owned in the past. When I picked up the car Robert gave a very thorough walk-through. I didn't have to make any desperate checks of the owner's manual about any button or control once I drove the car off the lot, since Robert explained everything so well. Ryan McGowan was also a complete professional during the completion of the financing paper work. I would highly recommend Robert and Park Ave BMW to anyone interested in a BMW, and I look forward to dealing with Robert again down the road. More

I am looking at these reviews and I can not believe this is the same dealer. In the previous months, I walked in looking for a 5 or 6 series. Apparently, despite the fact it was 90+ degrees out, I still should have walked in wearing a suit. I have no piercings or tattoos on my face, had a polo shirt and shorts but still presentable. The young lady at the reception desk was on her phone, not a word for minutes. So I walked around myself. I had eye contact with 3 other reps, not a word. No, they weren't in the middle of something either. So I obviously didn't fit their standards so I went elsewhere. The next day, I bought a brand new Acura from DCH Montclair and my wife is very happy with her surprise. Now I am searching for either the new Lexus GS-F or IS-F for myself. Perhaps I got the "B" sales team that day, who knows. That was my experience there. For the record, I am a mid-level director and I have my own consulting business. I wear suits all week long and I should not wear one on my day off to buy a car or get proper assistance. It was quite an insulting experience. I hope they read this and take this as a lesson to be learned. More
