The last thing I expected on my visit to Park Ave, to "look around", was to drive away in a beautiful new BMW. Francine together with Gregg Berkowitz (Internet Director) and Roger Pic (Financial Manager), worked together to finalize the transaction,which included financing for a person with less then stellar credit. They were amazing and focused on keeping my payments within my desired price range. Even while servicing other customers at the same time, they made me feel that I was the most important person at Park Ave that day. As I drove home in my new car all I could think was: "What just happened?" and "I'll never buy a car anywhere else but at Park Ave!". Great people, great service why buy a car anywhere else?! More

Steven did a great job in in building, purchasing and delivering the vehicle I wanted. He also did manage to give me a good deal, without trying to hide costs, tweak numbers or trick in some other manner delivering the vehicle I wanted. I had ultimate buying experience from Park ave BMW, and Rob Ermatinger had helped me in submitting all the documentation to get my loan approval. I was buying a 3 series but because of good deal, i bought a 5 series. More

We were looking on that day for a 1 or 3 series BMW (used). We had visited already several other BMW dealers on that day, but we were very impressed with the setup and friendliness of Park Ave (It does (used). Starting with the receptionist and seeing the entire atmosphere in the office was very impressive and I could sense the good working atmosphere. Robert was very knowledgeable, but had also the right sense to keep my wife involved in the discussion (that was very important, as it was to be her car, what he didn't know in the beginning). Having worked in sales by myself, I enjoyed listening to Robert's arguments for the car. He found a very good balance between the normal sales approach, you need to have, but at the same time asking questions and listening to what we wanted (very important). He realised very quickly that we were more interested in a 1 series and got focussed. The test drive of myself and my wife was a mixture of information , but also room for quietness and room for discussion between my wife and myself. Later on he explained very thoroughly the concept of Park Ave incl. the new service center (impressive). So finally we bought on that day the 1 series BMW, even though we originally had spotted another car at another dealer. I must admit, as a European I am usually more conservative in my ratings, but in this case I was happy to rate 5 at every single item. Thanks Robert for the very good treatment!! I've had a flawless experience with Park Ave BMW service. I had a squeak coming from my rear passenger wheel of my 335xi and I did some research on it online and told Rich about it and he was open and re I had a squeak coming from my rear passenger wheel of my 335xi and I did some research on it online and told Rich about it and he was open and receptive to my problem. It was very specific in that the brake caliper needed to be replaced. Because Rich didn't 100% know the problem, he agreed that making me pay for a caliper replace when it wasn't a guarantee fix wouldn't be the right thing to do. He told me that what was fair was that they replace it in hopes that the problem would be fixed. It's been 2 days since and I haven't heard a single squeak. Park does a great job of being quick and efficient, without sacrificing quality and courtesy. 5 stars. More

I felt like their honored guest. the first man who asked if I needed assistance was Jeremy Behar, after exchanging a few words with him I had decided this is going to be the place where I will buy my next car, Jeremy was very knowledgeable in the cars I was interested in. He was also very capable in answering all of the questions I had. Once we had decided on the car that was right for me he sent me on a test drive. That just sealed the deal and I was hooked, I loved the way that BMW felt and it was my perfect fit. More

Warm-friendly atmosphere in general. Both Michael Johnson (Client Advisor) and Ryan McGowan (Finance Manager) were knowledgeable in their respective roles and made buying my first--(BUT NOT LAST)--BMW a very (Client Advisor) and Ryan McGowan (Finance Manager) were knowledgeable in their respective roles and made buying my first--(BUT NOT LAST)--BMW a very pleasant experience. There was a minimum of 'back and forth' regarding coming to what I regard as a fair and reasonable price. Mike Johnson, looked high and low to find a car meeting my preference regarding options, etc. He found one six hours away and it was trucked in and waiting for me in 'prisine' condition. Ryan, the finance manager, was very good in handling all the paperwork and assisted in making my experience an excellent one. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP! More
