Rob is the most professional and diligent salesman I have met. He took care of us from start to finish, all questions answered, was completely knowledgeable and willing to go the extra miles for us. The first time I went to the Park Ave sales showroom to have a test drive was a late Friday afternoon about 5 minutes before the store close. Rob not only gave me a complete test drive but also explained every detail about the vehicle. His hard work and unbiased attitude impressed me so I went to see him again after I decided to purchase. He was a complete pleasure to work with. He took his time with us and was patient, was willing to try his best to make an ideal deal for us. After we signed the contract it was about 8:30pm Friday, Rob was still very courteous and sent us out. On the day we pick up our car it was another big surprise for us.
