My salesman, Peter Alvarez, was great. It was the quickest, smoothest transaction I ever had while purchasing a car. The problem came when the key fob that was sold with the car did not work. Initially, the dealership did not want to pay for a new fob at a cost of $230 even though the broken fob was the only key I was given when I purchased the vehicle. The used car I purchased was over $20,000, its not like it was a cheap beater. After a few phone calls the dealership relented and paid for a new fob. This was not the fault of Peter Alvarez, but the used car manager's whose name I never learned. The used car manager turned what was an exceptional experience into a good experience with the typical car dealer nonsense. That being said, the price I paid for the used car and the money I was given for my trade was great. I would buy another car here and I live over an hour away. More
