I could not even compare the service I got from Eric to type of service I got from different dealerships. Imagine this: You keep the price in mind and preparing to negotiate - and you get the honest number right away (even a little better than you wanted to get). You ask a question - and you don't need to wait 20 minutes for the answer - Eric gets it to you right away. You make an appointment - Eric is there waiting for you. How long does it take you to wait for the finance manager to sign on paperwork? With Eric I just scheduled a pickup of the vehicle and all the paperwork was ready for me. I just needed to sign and take the car. There are more examples like that. It was a very easy, relaxed and a comfortable experience buying a car. No pressure at all. One more note - I did my homework calculating the lease on any car. Eric was the only person where my calculations and his matched to 1 dollar. (With other dealers the discrepancy was up to 20%-30% and they were not willing to explain why). Bottom line - my second lease is up in May. I know exactly where I am going to get a new car - this will be Eric from Park Ave Acura. Thank you very much Eric for being honest, kindness and patient during my car shopping process.
