My husband and I were looking for a car that is good for all seasons. We visited the Parke Ave dealership and Mano greeted us. He was so friendly and profession. After the test drive he went over the MDX options. We like it because it fits 7 people since we have a big family and we travel a lot. We ultimately decided to purchase a red MDX and we love it! Mano did a wonderful job explaining everything - sometimes 2x (we can be slow absorbing the information). We did not feel rushed in making decision and he made sure we understood the options while he kept in mind our lifestyle needs. We have already recommended him to my family and friends. There's too many choices and I don't like dealing with sales people. One Saturday afternoon I walked in to the Park Ave dealership to look around. Mano greeted me and introduced himself. He was so professional, down to earth and friendly. I walked around to check out the cars on the floor. Again, I had to intention to buy - I was just looking. Mano approached me again and ask some questions and offered a test drive of the RDX. I like it because is smaller than the MDX and larger than a sedan. After the test drive, Mano talked about the RDX, its competitors and the options offered. Mano was very patient with me since I was indecisive. In the end, I ended up purchasing the RDX and signed that day! Mano's down to earth personality and professional attitude, car knowledge helped me decide what car to buy on that same day eventhough I had no intentions of buying that day! Thanks Mano! I was referred to your dealership by a friend. When I walked in Mano was the one who greeted me. He was very friendly and professional. .
