I went in at 7:30 pm and signed a contract at 8pm right when they closed. There was no hassle and needless back and forth. John was very straight up and honest and gave me the best price out of 4 other d when they closed. There was no hassle and needless back and forth. While I would always like to get a better price, I had to be realistic and understand I could not get the car for a steal given it's a new model (2014 Acura MDX). After I signed the contract, I wanted to pick up the car ASAP. John was actually off the next day and asked if I could come two days later. I mentioned I would really like to get the car ASAP so he arranged for me to come pick up the car the very next day even though it was his off day. He contacted me the next day to let me know when I could come to pick up the car and made sure all of my paperwork was in order. He even contacted me shortly before my scheduled original pick up time that there was a half hour delay so I should wait as to not waste my time. When I arrived at the dealership, John was there on his off day and made sure everything went smoothly. He put on my new plates, gave me an overview of my vehicle and made sure everything was OK. John already had the sale and didn't need to go the extra mile. Needless to say, he will be the first person I contact when I'm ready for my next vehicle. More
