Mano Gobencion was excellent to deal with. It is good to know that Mano has been with Park Ave Acura for 10 years. I have bought several cars for myself and for my family from other dealership and when I know that Mano has been with Park Ave Acura for 10 years. I have bought several cars for myself and for my family from other dealership and when I called for my sales person after a couple years they are no longer working there. It is good to have a sales person who has a long working history with the dealership and that you can count on when you need to get in touch with him. Mano was knowledgeable and very patient with us. I purchase an Acura that had technology package. We are both in our late 70's and needed more training on the GPS. For additional training he came to our house on his off day to teach us on how to use the GPS. I will definitely recommend Mano to my friends and family and will follow him to any dealership he is employed at. He is truly an asset to Park Ave Acura. More
