Convenient location, nice staff, but always takes forever I usually come here for oil changes/tire rotations because this is the dealership I get my cars from, and should know the deal by now, but when quote I usually come here for oil changes/tire rotations because this is the dealership I get my cars from, and should know the deal by now, but when quoted approximately 1 hour for this service, I don’t think it should take an hour and 40 minutes. I had an 8:30 am appointment on a Saturday and didn’t leave until 10:10. I understand that Saturday sare very busy, but when you’re an appointment only facility, you should know how many cars you have coming in and staff accordingly.. The staff is nice, Wayne was great, but the service takes forever. I would prefer to be quoted 2 hours because I would’ve left the car there, instead of hanging around for an hour and 40 minutes while trying to occupy my 16 month old and prevent her from having a total meltdown. I have had other issues with the service department here, where I was told that, first I was imagining a noise my car was making 2 year ago, and then told if was a normal noise, so I took my car to a Grand Prize in Nanuet and they determined (in about 3 minutes) that my motor blower was sparking and causing the noise. The got me a service appointment and replaced the part and he noise stopped. I wrote an email to Paramus Chevrolet and never even got an acknowledgment. Ultimately, due to the convenience, I’ll probably continue to bring my car for oil changes, but will probabably leave my car rather than wait for the service to be done. More

2014 CPO traverse nothing but problems Purchased a 2014 CPO Traverse, had nothing but problems, it was in the shop over 10 times! Thank God it was certified! Diagnosing and repairing the Purchased a 2014 CPO Traverse, had nothing but problems, it was in the shop over 10 times! Thank God it was certified! Diagnosing and repairing the car was a complete inconvenience and was never quite right. While it was covered under warranty and Paramus Chevy attempted to resolve all of the issues, GM wouldn’t take it back under the lemon law. I got so frustrated I traded the car in for a loss and purchased another CPO TRAVERSE. This one seems to be ok, however the finance dept sent the pay off check for the first car to the wrong dept and GM financial says I Have missed two payments. This car continues to be a nightmare and I don’t even own it! If you buy used make sure it’s certified! More

Charged a lot for simple stuff and some not fixed $398 in labor to replace 8 spark plugs ... seriously!?!?!?!
