Terrible-they did nothing I asked, & messed up my GPS I brought my car in because suddenly my blue tooth was not working with my phone. I also asked if there was such a thing as updating my GPS since some I brought my car in because suddenly my blue tooth was not working with my phone. I also asked if there was such a thing as updating my GPS since sometimes I’M on roads it doesn’t recognize, such as the new ramp on rt 17. They couldn’t get the Bluetooth to work. They said they checked my GPS, & it worked fine. I told them I know it works fine, I just wanted to know if there was such a thing as an update, that would show newer roads since the time I bought my car. They told me to go to the parts department. They thought I could buy an update for my GPS, then have it installed. I was shocked that they wanted to charge me for NOT being able to figure out my Bluetooth, & testing my GPS,which didn’t need to be tested!!! I refused to pay, & left. I never went to parts department to see if they could order an update GPS disk. I don’t know what they did to my GPS, but ever since I left, it doesn’t work the same. I do not have onstar, but for the first few days, things were popping up about onstar. That went away, but now the GPS is all messed up. Will never go to Paramus Chevy again!!! More
