We worked with Andy Soltis at Paramus Chevrolet. In late 2021 we met Andy when new cars weren’t available. He offered that we could pre-order one to our specs which would probably take months. We were skeptical but trusted him and went for it. Late in the year 2021 we contacted Andy to check up on our order. He told us that in fact our vehicle was built and just waiting on some parts. Again, we were a bit skeptical but hopeful and we trusted Andy. Then came New Year’s Day when we got a call from Andy saying our ordered SUV had arrived. Again as “trained”, we wondered if the delivered car would meet our exact specs. We trusted Andy but were still skeptical that all could work as planned. Bottom line is that the car at delivery was perfect, exact to ordered specifications and the bottom line of the story is that Andy busts all the pre-taught conceptions about car salesmen. In addition to his passion for customer service, knowledge and responsiveness, he is trustworthy and transparent. A great car buying experience from beginning to end. More
