Prepaid Maintenance When I purchased my 2018 equinox, I also purchased a prepaid maintenance plan which entitles me to regular maintenance work at scheduled intervals. Un When I purchased my 2018 equinox, I also purchased a prepaid maintenance plan which entitles me to regular maintenance work at scheduled intervals. Unfortunately, the prepaid maintenance plan ID number is not associated with my Equinox in the dealer’s system. This caused a little bit of a delay in processing my automobile through the system. I know the second it is advisable that this information should be associated with my van as to not cause any delays. Mark, the service consultant, kept me informed and apologized for the delay. More
