Not such a great experience When we arrived at the dealership we were met by a very nice sales person named Mike. He helped us find the cars we needed as we were looking for a p When we arrived at the dealership we were met by a very nice sales person named Mike. He helped us find the cars we needed as we were looking for a pick up truck and a small SUV. We were trading in a 2016 jeep patriot that had yet not been paid off. He made us an offer that was within our budget we signed all the paperwork he told us everything to do with the insurance and everything was going very smoothly I indicated to him that our credit was in the 600s and my credit was in the low 700s. At that time they couldn’t do a credit check as it was later in the evening so we had to wait until the morning. The next morning we took care of all insurance and all the details that need to be made were done and had an appointment at 2:30 to go and pick up the cars. That’s when the problem started they told us that it would be $100 more per month. We were asked to get the payoff letter for the jeep which was done we were asked to change over our insurance to the new lenders and we did that. So you can imagine how upset we were to find out that it’s gonna cost us $100 more than we were quoted the evening before. No one indicated what the price would be in the morning when they did check our credit and we had already changed everything around already so we got a little upset and we’re ready to walk out. The finance person said well he’ll go and try to talk to somebody to see what they could do obviously My wife and I we’re very upset and we’re ready to walk out. Another person walked in apparently the manager of finance and I got a little loud because I was upset and Finance person got loud as well and walked out and said that he wasn’t helping us. As were walking out we asked for our $3000 deposit that we had given the evening before and even then he was rude. However Anthony the manager at Paramus Chevy over heard all this and got involved, the finance manager also called my wife a liar, saying that she lied about our credit. Before we shopped for the cars she check on credit karma. That’s what she based our credit. When she explained that. He didn’t want to here that. Since the we had to pick up our plates, they called me first. When I arrived there the just handed them to me. Did not offer to put them on the car for me. When my wife’s plates came in, she had to pay an additional $10.00 as they said the miscalculated. Mike the salesperson was there and put them on her car. We also had to go back and resign paperwork for the Colorado as the 10000.00 per year mileage allowance was not indicate properly. And most recently had to give our 1st month payment has to be given to the dealership for processing as the newly sign paperwork was not received in enough time to send us the billing information. All I can say is I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and I have leased from Ford for over 15 years and never had this type of experience whatsoever. It was always an easy experience purchasing or leasing a car no matter where I want except for this one time with your dealership. I can say that my wife and myself feel very uncomfortable even coming there anymore . More

Mechanical issues with my Malibu I was working with Jim in service and he was great. I have been having issues with the radio in my Malibu for months and a previous dealership could n I was working with Jim in service and he was great. I have been having issues with the radio in my Malibu for months and a previous dealership could not repair the issue. I brought the car in to get repaired and Jim was great. He knew right away what was wrong with it and was realistic in how long it would take for the repair. Everything is back working to normal. I had a good experience overall. More
Finally A Competent Staff!!! I had a major issue with another Chevrolet dealer! Rich the service agent listened to my concerns and on the first attempt fixed what other dealership I had a major issue with another Chevrolet dealer! Rich the service agent listened to my concerns and on the first attempt fixed what other dealerships were mystified by! The assistant Service Manager personally called me to address my concerns. They worked together and got my 2016 Suburban fixed properly! This was the best “Service Experience” I’ve ever had. Thanks Bertie Maxim More
