efficient and to the point I made an appointment online to have my car serviced because my check engine light was on. I arrived at the appointed time and was promptly greeted by I made an appointment online to have my car serviced because my check engine light was on. I arrived at the appointed time and was promptly greeted by service writer Marc. I explained my issues and he scheduled my repairs. I needed a ride to work and by sheer luck the shuttle was just getting ready to pull out and I hopped right in. Two hours later Marc called me to verify the repairs I needed and about 4 hours later the car was done. The shuttle picked me up at work and took me back to Paramus Chevy with no issues. I paid my bill at the cashier and they told me the car would be brought right around, but 15 minutes later I had to once again inquire where my car was. Normally I would not even mention this, but this same thing happened the last 2 times I left the car for service. Still, all in all, I am very satisfied and would recommend Paramus Chevy to one and all. 9.99 out of 10 rating from me More
