I had to contact Rick about some issues with prior service. On the phone he was understanding and gave me some confidence back in the dealer. He now has re assured me that this service department is unprofessional and unwilling to care for a customer that has purchased a vehicle and had it serviced from them, as well as referred people to do the same. If they have a vehicle you like, sales and finance were great, but service should be avoided, as well as contact with Rick, very deceiving. More
