This car came in with a visible gap in the rear bumper to quarter panel mating area. Bumpers do not move by themselves and usually are bumped; the dimples were there when the car came in. This car definitely left the building in better condition than it came in. This car was not delivered from this dealer, so we cannot say if this was like this at delivery, we called the delivering dealer and asked if the car had any repairs done to it. i have pics of bumper dated i day before that did not have dimple .i have witness that pic me up when i droped off car. if i could post pic on here you can see there is no way i could have done that its behind bumpr bracket from inside out .and why would you fix it under warranty if i did it .cause your nice guys i dont think so its cheaper for you to say i did then you guys screwed up .its such a small dimple i really dont care about but to call me a liar. if u do research on 2010 camaro you will see alot of them have a gap on passenger from factory rear facia wasnt put on properly .and your also telling me that tiny little dimple made the bumper to shift 1 inch on one side but didnt even chip the paint last time you will see me. anybody who reads this take plenty of pic of your car before you bring it to this dealer i no everyinch of my car and that dimple was not there and i have proof dated pics i bought a trailblazer ss from them couple years ago and seemed like nice guys .but i guess things change its better to call the customer liar then tell the truth

First off its worse then when i took it in not only does it have a dimple in bumper but you put bumper cover right up tight against rear 1/4 panel and is now chipping paint on 1/4 panel .but i guess i did that to because you no my car alot better then i do .this is a pleasure car i only take it to shows and sunday drives and im always polishing it.again i no my car .cant wait to show this great job you did to my camaro and corvette club im sure it will bring you plenty of business this could go on and on but i no this car and dimple wasnt there instead of taking care of it witch i already did with a little heat from blowdryer you blamed me .not very smart i go to alot of car shows and belong to 5 car clubs ill put in a good word for u guys

Mr. Mann, I have spoken to you on at least 5 occasions regarding your dealer's sales tactics and service issues concerning my 2008 Chevy Malibu LTZ which to this date, has too many serious unresolved issues. You may 'brag' about your many happy customers which include hundreds of new sales each month. But the only true number that matters to me and my family, is quite simple; ONE. My car, my concerns and my outstanding issues. So when you, Steve (owner) and the dealership is truly ready to deal with our very serious performance issues and design flaws, I will be open to listen. Unfortunately, thus far to date, you and your dealership has not made any attempt other than empty gestures to resolves my many issues with the 2008 Malibu LTZ, which has been named The Car of the Year. How much did GM and Chevrolet pay for that distinguished hon or I ask?

Paramus Chevrolet, It does not say much for your so called ' Car of the Year' when the dealers have in fact told me, including the Service Directors that many complain about the 4 cylinder Spring Edition model's unexplainable severe hesitations and lags at intermittent times throughout a short or long trip. Maybe GM and Chevrolet should spend the money on increasing the budgets of their Engineering Department rather than buying all the commercial and advertising time which they do. Your philosophy is quite simple; just keep telling people how good a car is and sooner or later, regardless of the facts, most people will believe it. It's the power of the great American Marketing and Advertising business models which most American companies worship. When GM and Chevrolet acknowledges the defects which were originally being addressed with software updates (at least 3 to date have been applied to our vehicle; if nothing is wrong than WHY???) and now have come to an immediate stop & seeks solutions which might be costly to the Company, then your reputation and credability might be restored with our family. Until then, we will never purchase, lease or rent a Chevrolet vehicle again. PERIOD. I still remain open to discussing a fair resolution to all and I am still waiting for your owner, Steve Barna to call me back after speaking with him 4 weeks ago and him even suggesting that I drive the car in manual 5th gear as a test. Where is he now? Probably taking care of the other 200 customers a month that buy cars from his dealership... Ciao.
