We went for a test drive and fell in love with the car. He worked with the team to get us a good price on our trade in and a good price on our car. He was very attentive to us through the whole process asking us if we wanted bottle water and asking us if we needed anything while we waited for the whole process to go through. Jake and all the other staff really go the extra mile to make sure they are meeting your needs. In my case they had to reach out over two hundred miles to get the vehicle I wanted and they accomplished the make sure they are meeting your needs. My family and I went to Paramus to look at a low mile Certified Pre-Owned 2008 Suburban they had on the lot. We are a family of 5, with the youngest being 2 months old. Upon arrival, David met me on the Certified Pre-Owned 2008 Suburban they had on the lot. We are a family of 5, with the youngest being 2 months old. Upon arrival, David met me on the sales floor and immediately introduced himself and shook my hand. When I inquired about the particular vehicle I was interested in, he immediately knew of it and took me to their indoor inventory area and showed the vehicle. He had good insights into it and was very knowledgeable about its trim level and features. At this point I had been to other dealers, and it was past 8PM on a mid-week night. Without hesitation, and even though it was late and the Suburban was blocked in by several cars, he offered to let me have a test drive in it. His sales approach was very easy-going, just the kind that I like to be presented with. David and his sales manager worked to get me a good price and were very accomodating to my family (as you can imagine the kids were getting restless at this point since it was late and we had been looking at cars for hours). David stayed late past closing to work with me, and since the used car manager was gone for the day, offered to follow up with him the next day to get me a better price on the vehicle. He followed up with me mid-morning the next day with a great price. Ultimately, my wife and I decided on another type of vehicle, but I would not hesitate to recommend David to any friend, family member, or co-worker looking for a vehicle. This was one of the best experiences I've had in a dealership, and I've had several! 5-stars all around. More
