Ramon Fernandez was the best salesman I have encountered in the 27 years of being a driver and forth time purchaisng a vehicle. I was just researching and making sure the low prices I saw on the website was truly the prices presented at the dealer. To my amaze they were lower and I walked out with two cars and one in a higher quality then I every expected price wise. I truly recommend not only a volkswagen but Ramon for the outstanding job. truly the shortest part of my experience was the purchasing. I later went over to Mitra that handled the financing and once again truly outstanding service with a smile and very helpful. I told him what I can afford a month and he once again did not try to talk me out of it. Instead make sure the payment was exactly what I said if not lower.
