A sales person can't determine how long it takes a prospect to gather information, analyze the data and pull out the wallet—that decision is based on personal comfort. EMPOWER! These are the areas where Tony shines; he builds your trust, ensures you have the information to take responsible decisions, understands his clients needs and empowers his customers in the decision making process. He focuses on customer service to grant the notion the brand is about you and nothing else is like VW and therefore you. We left VW, with more than a car; we left with a great customer experience.
