We had come in from out of town after just having our 1 ton dodge ram worked out at our local dealership. We had our grandsons with us and we’re on our way to Great Wolf Lodge when my husband noticed that ton dodge ram worked out at our local dealership. The person that checked me it was not helpful. She gave me incorrect information when I asked a question. She was not very polite with her answer. She was busy on the computer. A very polite and helpful young man checked me out. He answered my question about a 60,000 mile check up with very different information from what I was told by the person who checked me in. More
