Second time I’ve had to return after a basic service because my tires weren’t inflated. Also charge a percentage to use AmEx. Overall, service dept lacks service. Kim was great. Thank you! Technician that worked on vehicle needs to pay a bit more attention. When I can to pick up the vehicle after it was supposedly complete Thank you! When I can to pick up the vehicle after it was supposedly complete….the center console was not finished and laying in the back seat. He thought that was the way he was suppose to leave it. This vehicle was removed from Union City Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge because of their inability to fix it. The center console cover was laying in the back seat when it arrived at Palmer. The technician that worked on it thought he was done when he finished the job as it was received. Now common sense would have dictated to ask someone if the cover should be put back on. Of course it should. Was I expected to drive it off the lot without it being completely put back together. The tech spoke to no one about this. Kim was embarrassed that I spent $60 on Uber plus tip and the vehicle was still not ready. Communication would be important here. There’s a long story about this whole repair that was a nightmare from start of taking it to Union City J/C/D to bringing it to Palmer. Union City shouldn’t even be in business as a dealership. I’ve never, ever been disappointed with bringing my Jeep to a dealership. Well, now I am. But the nightmare continued with the technician at Palmer not communicating that the job was not entirely done before I arrived to pick it up. I work for Delta. I live in the Charleston, SC area. I had a training period that I had to teach yesterday. After discovering the Jeep was not really ready, Kim instantly got me another Uber back to my hotel, and later delivered my Jeep to the hotel when it was finished. Thank you again Kim! More
