Disappointed in delivery of new tires. Label left on all 4 tires. Tires were very dirty and were not detailed as the tires that were on my vehicle being replaced. I did ask the service technician if he would detail them for me as they looked terrible and he was kind enough to do that to me. When checking out I mentioned the labels left on tires and the condition of the new tires and was told the person that had serviced my car was new. A new employee or not, there should be someone checking on quality of work being done. She did tell me that the Service manager told her that the labels would be gone after 10-15 miles which they were thank goodness. But still should have been removed prior to installing. I have purchased tires several times over the years and have never had labels left on tires or the tires not being dressed down. More

Seriously, shout out to the entire staff. From the friendly guy that greets me and drives my car through the service overhang until I get my car returned after the service, I am thoroughly impressed with the great vibe offered at this service department. Let me brag a little on my guy, Hiram, though. He's been my service tech since DAY 1 of owning my Wrangler. From all of the little warranty issues to the most recent issue that I have had with a little leak, I always trusted that Hiram would take care of me and my wrangler. This time around was no different. I checked in with him the day before I brought my car in for the scheduled appointment he made sure that I was taken care of. I had to be at work immediately after drop off, so a quick hand off and communication throughout the day was very necessary. I was not disappointed. Just as promised, my car was fixed before the day was done, AND just in time to pick up my kiddos for all of their afternoon activities. Hiram and the service team really work well together. All of them seem to get along and have a great spirit about them! Really great environment to walk into! Whatever they are doing, it's working. Keep up the great work. I don't like to be in the service department with my wrangler very often, but when I do, I really don't mind visiting this team. The receptionists were very dismissive, as a first time visitor at this location they left a bad impression. When first walking into the service building each receptionist looked at me didn’t greet me unti visitor at this location they left a bad impression.
