My 300 needed a factory recall update, service light status, and a new battery. They are a busy service shop and he told me it may take over a day to get the are in queue for repair. I got a rental for the day, he continued to text me with updates, and the care was prepared at the end of the day I brought it in. Not the extra day I was planning on.
