If you need a loaner you have to go to enterprise to get it, in all, just to drop off your car and get a loaner is an hour long process. The communication on status of your car is also spotty, my car was in 3 days before I heard anything for an issue with the battery. Also, I was recommended to have a tire balancing and rotation on brand new tires. More
