Goodr repair service with excellent service advisor. Repairs were done properly but highly disappointed in differences noted in three consecutive 23 point inspection reports. Please review reports from 8 Repairs were done properly but highly disappointed in differences noted in three consecutive 23 point inspection reports. Please review reports from 8-7-19, 8-20-19, and 8-31-19. For example report on tire tread depth showed 7/32 in depth on all 4 tires on 8-7 but on 8-31 no measurement recorded but red circle checked indicating immediate attention needed. No way that is true. Differential fluid was changed on 8-20 but inpection report indicated on 8-31 that rear differential would need future attention which is ludicrous. There are no explanatory notes on any of the three inspection reports. Brake pads on first two inspections were "green" on all four pads and then on last inspection were "yellow". I feel with any abnormal findings a note is warranted explaining the finding. I would like an explanation after head of service department reviews the three inspections. More
