Great Service as always. I was getting recall work on my 2016 a Saturday morning appointment. They took care of my truck I reached out to another dealer who conveniently had multiple locations, one closer to my work and one closer to my home. When I tried to make an appointment, I felt like I was inconveniencing them with my service work, and the appointment date was 6 weeks out! Neil at Palmer DCJR took my truck in, fixed the recalls and handled some additional service items quickly, and treated me like a person, not an inconvenience. I will return to Palmer next time. More
