Took a couple trips but it all worked out Had to get new tire and rims and oil change and the team was very helpful in giving options. So,when I got ready to pay the bill your service lady told me it was $99.48 because I did not bring the coupon. When I got home I looked at the coupon and it says nothing about must bring the coupon. It says my dealer has all the information on service on my vehicle and expires on 11/30/19. I then called your service department and asked for the manager. Your service advisor told me he was gone for the day but took my name and number and said he would get him to call me in the morning. That never happened. I've always had great luck with Palmer Dodge and have bought a bunch of cars from Dustin Perry. What has changed at the dealership? More

I brought my 2011 Jeep in for a scheduled oil change. While doing the normal checks, they saw that my battery was not charging. They ordered a battery for me and got it and installed it while I waited. My total time there was still less than 2 hours. I recommend them highly. More
