Neil was a wonderful service adviser I’ve had service advisers here before and Neil was without a doubt the best. He took a lot of time to explain to me (and my husband in another convers I’ve had service advisers here before and Neil was without a doubt the best. Best Service in the burbs I’ve never had service done in Atlanta or further south, but I have tried every Dodge/Jeep dealer for service north of the city and Neil here at Palme I’ve never had service done in Atlanta or further south, but I have tried every Dodge/Jeep dealer for service north of the city and Neil here at Palmer took great care of my Jeep and I will be back. I didn’t buy my Jeep from them and I had an issue covered under warranty, Neil had the problem diagnosed while I waited, gave me an estimated time of repair and had me out the door in a loaner while the repair was made. I was kept informed of what was going on while they had my Jeep for a couple days and was ready to go with the problem fixed and a factory recall issue completed as well. Problem solved and customer happy. I will be back and now have a go to spot for maintenance. More
