Warranty issue I usually take my Chrysler to Palmer Dodge for routine maintenance like oil changes, etc. However, this is the second warranty issue that they have c I usually take my Chrysler to Palmer Dodge for routine maintenance like oil changes, etc. However, this is the second warranty issue that they have covered for me in the years that I have owned my car. The Service Dept. is always very busy when I have been there, but someone attends to me quickly and efficiently. I was told that my repairs would take 3-4 days, but I actually got my car back within 48 hours, which was a great surprise. When I picked up my car, I noticed that someone had handwritten on the invoice "AC does not work", which shocked me b/c the AC was working great when I brought in the car. James Hickman, Service Foreman, personally drove the car back into the service bay to check it out immediately, and in fact, there was a hose that had not been reconnected. That is the only reason that I can't rate the Quality of Work a (5) because that is something that should not have happened. The prices charged by any dealership, including Palmer, are significantly higher than other local mechanics, but I appreciate the special pricing on oil changes, which encourages regular maintenance, and keeps me coming back to Palmer Dodge. More

Jeep Wrangler Engine Light Fault I only bought the Jeep 2 weeks ago so when the engine fault light appeared on the dash I was worried. Luis was helpful and efficient and gave me peace I only bought the Jeep 2 weeks ago so when the engine fault light appeared on the dash I was worried. It was understood that I was going to have to leave my car with them for the weekend, so they provided me with a vehicle so I could cater to personal business without any hassle.
