Great customer service and fast turnaround My car was towed in to the service center at Palmer Dodge on a Friday evening. Thomas was our customer service contact. We met with him on Saturday My car was towed in to the service center at Palmer Dodge on a Friday evening. Thomas was our customer service contact. We met with him on Saturday morning and he had the order all written up and ready to go. They worked on the car and found that the battery was faulty and installed a new battery. The warranty covered the cost of the new battery and we were ready to go first thing Monday morning. Thomas keep us up to date at regular times all Saturday. We were completely pleased with the service. More

Need to be better informed about new vehicles This is not the worst service department - but not the best either. My biggest complaint is they don't seem to be informed about specs on new vehicles This is not the worst service department - but not the best either. My biggest complaint is they don't seem to be informed about specs on new vehicles. Specifically the JL Wrangler. I took it for an oil change and inquired about the amount of oil that goes into the vehicle. The correct answer is 5 quarts (look it up) but they will argue with you about it being 6 quarts. Please educate the staff. It's pretty frustrating to point out that the owner's manual states a 5 quart capacity only to have the staff tell you they don't care and they were told to use 6 quarts. This is NOT correct and will potentially cause long term damage to the engine. More
