Dawn is very nice and tries to help Brought car in to get updated software. Waited 2 hours to find out the Tech thought the right software was already installed. 2 days later clock and Brought car in to get updated software. Waited 2 hours to find out the Tech thought the right software was already installed. 2 days later clock and map went off so called Connect again and was directed to the online place to check for updates. There was the update and I downloaded it to a thumb drive and installed myself. Very unimpressed. More

Rude, no paperwork provided This dealership seems to have a cultural issue with being polite to their customers. While I was treated poorly in service my girlfriend went to the w This dealership seems to have a cultural issue with being polite to their customers. While I was treated poorly in service my girlfriend went to the waiting room and returned with the first thing she said being how rude the employees are. On top of this the service department did not return parts they replaced upon request, scheduled transmission work when the transmission expert was on vacation, and has not provided paperwork for the last 2 visits. This is probably due to the fact they haven't been able to fix the problem for the last two visits. I came to this dealer after being impressed by the knowledge Ryan had in parts. Outside of Ryan this dealership has little to offer. More
