My new 2020 Dodge Ram developed a high pitched whining. noise on my way from Florida to GA. Called Murray over at Palmer Dodge and he said bring it in and we can tell you if it is something to worry about noise on my way from Florida to GA. They ordered the component immediately and after talking about my travel schedule, got booked in to get it repaired. Important note; this was the day before Thanksgiving and I was leaving on Sunday to drive 650 miles home to South Florida. Murray called me on Black Friday to let me know the part was in and to bring the truck in as early s possible on Saturday. I dropped it off and they worked on it and found the bearing was only a symptom of the bracket holding the alternator which had a hidden crack and broke off as they were touching the bearing. They ran over to another dealership to pick up the part and got me back on the road early Saturday afternoon. I would not have made it home on Sunday if the service guys at Palmer Dodge had not pulled out all of the stops to get me back on the road - all covered under warranty. TLDR - The service guys at Palmer Dodge are first rate and I would highly recommend. I cannot imagine even the thought of breaking down, a long way from home the Sunday after Thanksgiving. Thank you to Murray and all of the service team over at Palmer Dodge Roswell for getting me and my family home safely! More
