The car was repaired quickly. I don't see the service advisor who helped me listed here, though, and I did not interface with the Service Manager directly. Thanks to Mr. Anderson, my fiancee's car was back on the road in about 24 hours instead of the initially stated 3-5 days (and that is before the New Year's holiday is taken into account)! More

Service department is a 5+ but the waiting area for service customers needs some attention- also, the fact that customers are allowed in the waiting room or showroom without masks on is upsetting. All people I interacted with in service were wearing masks - at least 70% of the sales department walking the show room floor were not as well as a few customers. That in my opinion is themsaying they don’t care about my safety. Thomas and Luis in service are 5 star winners - Sales falls far below. More
