It took 3x to fix the problem. The last visit my car was there for well over a week. My windshield washing container is still not fixed. After this experience, I am wondering if your mechanics are the experts I would expect from a dealer - especially the dealer where I purchased the car. You only have David below for a rating, I have never worked with him so I have no rating - but if he does the hiring my concerns about your mechanics are already said. Roberto gets 5 stars from me. I was able to bring my Jeep in for service and Michael Stewart took care of all of the items I needed, even ordering a part for my radio which needs repairs. When I expressed shock at the difference in cost he said the service rep who quoted you those is probably why she got fired these costs are published...where are they published why was I not educated on the cost difference beforehand.As if that wasn’t bad enough.... I have a leak on my garage floor since after the service day and I texted Thomas about it with no response! More
This dealership was very neat. I was visiting from out of town and they really made me feel at home. The service agent that assisted me was great. Very friendly and helpful.
