Went for Palmer express oil change...no appointment & was in and out in 30 minutes. I had made an appointment for my Wrangler at another Jeep dealer and when I arrived on time was told the wait would be 1 & in and out in 30 minutes. Roberto and David went out of their way to order the radio for my Jeep and then quickly got it installed. They even updated the new radio info with Sirius XM.
