Took my charger up there for an oil change and tire rotation. Service took about two hours which was fine. When I went to pick up my charger I was told the computer was done so I was just given a paper rotation. Service took about two hours which was fine. When I went to pick up my charger I was told the computer was done so I was just given a paper receipt. However the next day I drive maybe 20 miles and my rear tire unravels and goes flat. Once I can get to a tire shop I am told both of my back tires shouldnt have even been allowed back on the road. I feel like that should have been said when I picked it up. It leads me to believe no service was even done on my car. When I called to ask about this I was never given a call back, or any contact further. The second time I called was left on hold. Will not be returning to Palmer Dodge. More
I had a follow up appointment after Recall service 3 months ago. Since I live out of town, I needed to drop off the vehicle on a Sunday and pick it up on the following Saturday. Drop off was a little months ago. Since I live out of town, I needed to drop off the vehicle on a Sunday and pick it up on the following Saturday. Drop off was a little concerning, because it was off-property and with very little space to park (on side road in front of gate). On the other hand, the service was thorough and alleviated any concerns on the original recall. Service tech, Kim, kept me updated throughout the service process and Sarah handled the pick-up. Very satisfied with the service. More

I was pleased with the service I received and the timely fashion that it was completed. My only complaint would be I called the day before to schedule the appointment. I gave all my information to the woman from the service department. When I got there the next day for my scheduled appointment…nothing showed up in the system. If you’re going to have people take your information they could at least enter it in the computer system. The guy was able to fit me in, so I was pleased with the actual service but not the woman who supposedly did the scheduling. More
