I would go back to this dealership for service but my experience wasn't smooth, they were determined to make it right. We had a wrangler overheating and having a check engine light. We had to take the jeep back several times due to the jeep having the same issue multiple times after leaving. The team gave me a break on parts and such as they had to do their work multiple times so they really tried to make it right. Having it done right the first time is critical to me, especially since it was my daughter's Jeep. Nonetheless, i understand sometimes things don't go as planned and like I said, they really tried to make it right several times so for that reason, i would go back to them. If I return and the service is stellar I would gladly raise this to a 5 star rating. My ratings for the other areas below are based on needing to return 3 times and paying for things I probably didn't need causing the "fix" to not work properly. More
