I’m team Peyton. If I had to do it all over again I would choose Palmer Dodge, Alpharetta and I would choose Peyton & Mike to work with. Why? Once I called service to explain where I was & what happened with my oil change, the team acted with urgency, sincere compassion and each person that assisted with taking care of me & my truck were genuine. Despite my frustrations and being tremendously inconvenienced immediately, all worked out. I will return to Palmer, I trust Peyton, Mike and team with taking care of my baby (Truck). This was a simple accident that could have been much worse. I do not feel nearly as comfortable in my truck after I had to return it a second time. Mgr. David took the initiative and jumped right in and assisted. Emotionally this was important to me. Extending the warranty was the professional touch that gave me needed relief. He was honest about when he thought our service would be complete and was spot on with his estimate of ser service and the status of parts coming in. Since our service was not going to be complete for a few days and there were no loaner vehicles available, he very graciously ordered an Uber at the dealership's expense to take us from the dealership back home, then again from home to the dealership when our service was complete and our vehicle was ready to be picked up.
