Palmer Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram - Service Center

2022= 3 kids. .3 Grand Cherokees (2014, 2016, 2019) 2019 was purchased from Palmer..others at other dealerships for various reasons. January 2023 traded in 2019 ( .3 Grand Cherokees (2014, 2016, 2019) 2019 was purchased from Palmer..others at other dealerships for various reasons. January 2023 traded in 2019 ( my youngest son) for a 2023 Audi S4 across the street at Audi North Atlanta. Plan is to dump the remaining 2 Jeeps later this year…why you may ask? After no less than 5 complaints that every time my kids or I go in for service you have to negotiate for the price of oils changes with a plus or minus variation of literally 50%. The final straw was my daughter took her 2014 in two weeks ago. They charged her $137 for an oil change and tire rotation that was NOT need as we did it 1,500 miles ago for free at Discount Tire ( I was out of town on a business trip). Good riddance soon with Palmer’s service department. More
