The dealership has serice issues that need to be addressed, at the last oil change I was told that I purchased a 3 oil change package, when I knew I purchased 4. I just took the truck for leaking coolant and received a new water pump and other parts, I asked for the oil change and don't think I received it! Someone also activated the Serious XM service in me truck without my approval as well! More
