The sales price on the car was great to begin with and required minimal negotiation. The trade-in process was relatively easy, with only one round of negotiation. After the price was agreed on, Richard in the finance department was excellent. He basically threw in an extended warranty for an extra dollar a month. Remember, selling cars is a business. The dealership has to make a profit to. You wouldn't do your job for free. As long as you realize Palmer Dodge will offer you fair pricing and financing, you will have a pleasant experience here. We will likely be back to purchase another car in the future. Total time in dealership from walk in to drive out - 3.5 hours. More
