Mike Gebhardt rescued me from a lackluster sales experience. I was leaving the lot because the other guy was so clueless about salesmanship. Mike asked if there was anything he could do to help and I said I was going somewhere else to buy a Jeep. Well, I didn't have to. Mike took me under his wing and matched me with the Jeep that I wanted and LOVE. He treated me like family and it didn't feel like a "sales" experience at all. The store manager, Nubian, was also extremely respectful and courteous to me. They didn't give up on me when I was being selective and on a budget. I am so proud of my new Liberty and I want to tell everyone - in fact, I AM telling everyone - how easy Mike and Nubian made it for me to get the vehicle I have secretly longed for for years. Go See Mike. He is real, he is knowledgeable and he is eager to make a sale that YOU won't regret. I would definitely buy another vehicle from him. And thanks to Robert Knoll the numbers guy. I walked in to view a 2012 Wrangler 4 door hard top Jeep when my mind was set on purchasing a Mercedes ML350. His knowledge of the vehicle was top notch and he was able to answer every one of my 1000 questions with patience and professionalism. As time went on I was able to see all the benefits of the Jeep vs. my prior choice vehicle as Mike was able to point out major key elements that made me choose this vehicle over the ML350. Throughout the whole process everyone that I came in contact with was helpful, kind, entertaining and made the experience easy, quick and fun. Every request I had they went over and beyond to make sure it was filled and my custom Jeep was delivered on time, and in the exact condition that I ordered it. Mike even drove my Jeep to a few different customization shops himself to ensure it was done exactly how I told him I wanted it. I would highly recommend working with them in the future and expecially Mike as he does not have a high pressure sales tactic and really takes a more consultative and helpful approach which makes you feel like they are on your side and not just trying to sell you something. I purchased a used vehicle from Palmer Dodge. I didn’t realize it at the time, but the tires were in very poor condition, so by the time I went for my first oil change after 3000 miles, the recommendation realize it at the time, but the tires were in very poor condition, so by the time I went for my first oil change after 3000 miles, the recommendation was FOUR NEW TIRES. I couldn’t help wondering why Palmer Dodge would even put the car on the lot if it knew that all the tires were in need of replacement. Buyer beware. When I went back to my Sales person, he stated nothing could be done. His manager was also not very cooperative. I went to service to get the records on the vehicle. The service Manager, David Keller said he would do what it took to make the situation right. If it had not been for David Keller and the Service Team, I don’t know what I would have done. I would not purchase a vehicle from Palmer Dodge but I will continue to get my car serviced there as well and refer my friends/co-workers. I would only recommend Service, not sales. More

Very bad experience. I said that I wanted to pay cash - the sales rep tried to convince me to finance for 10 solid minutes after that. The entire time I told her we were wasting time because I wasn't going the sales rep tried to convince me to finance for 10 solid minutes after that. The entire time I told her we were wasting time because I wasn't going to finance - she was very stubborn. (I had a cashiers check sitting in my wallet...) Then I made an offer on the car (I was about $700 below suggested retail value on kbb) and she came back $2000 above SR. Then she tried to get me to offer $1000 above SR and I told her straight up that I was not paying above SR for the car - once again she was stubborn and quite rude. She went and got the sales manager who stated that they "have the best prices around" and that I "would never find a similar car for that price." I left the dealership quite frustrated that my experience could have possibly been that bad. I went on to the next dealership on my stop (the toyota dealership about 2 miles from palmers) and found that the toyota dealership was asking $500 below SR for almost the exact same car. The only difference in the cars? The one at the toyota dealership has 1k more miles and was a certified preowned vehicle (aka, 100k warrenty included). I talked them down to $900 below SR and walked away a happy camper. Long store short - do not bother to visit Palmer's Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram. It will be a waste of your time. More
I had a very good experience at this dealership. Mike knew a lot about Jeeps and was able to answer all my questions. They had a good selection to choose from and I found just what I was looking for (a J knew a lot about Jeeps and was able to answer all my questions. They had a good selection to choose from and I found just what I was looking for (a Jeep Wrangler Sahara in "dozer" yellow). We struck a good deal with very little of the "let me go ask my manager" stuff and I am very happy with the whole experience. Mike even followed me home to get the check! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Jeep. More
I am happy with the work this dealership does and they sure juggle a lot of customers well.
