That being said, I was forced into buying another car and because I had recently took a new job out of state my finances weren’t in order and my credit wasn’t up to par, I thought there is no way anyone’s going to sell me a car right now, I’m screwed! So I thought. Someone referred Kurt to me and even though it was out of state I made the dreadful call. Kurt immediately put me at ease and simply said “well let’s just see what we can do for you” ,,,,,literally within an hour of going back and forth he made his final call and was just as excited as I was to share the good news that he got me approved! My experiences with car buying in the past was always an unpleasant one! Kurt made me feel very comfortable, important and I can tell by his demeanor not only does he have a true passion for cars/sales but for the customers he deals with! I also want to mention that my new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee anniversary editon was delivered to me the following day at 11 am sharp which was exactly there ETA! Unbelievable experience! I live over 12 hrs away From palmer dodge so i had my concerns (was their description of the vehicle accurate, was there going to be any curveballs once i made the trip etc etc). Winston knocked it out of the park and i will Gladly make the trip down here again when its time for the next toy. Rich in finance was awesome as well In making this happen. Both of these gentlemen stayed well beyond normal business hrs to get the deal done. All my expectations were exceeded. If you cannot get a deal done here youre the problem! More
