Wonderful sales staff and management Very nice young man, Jon, took me for a test drive in the car I had been researching. He was laid back, no pressure, and a lot of fun actually! Since Jon was still new, Kurt Taylor took over the negotiations and he was very pleasant to work with as well. Very real, if you know what I mean. Straightforward, no nonsense but nice. We came to an agreement for pricing, as their internet price wasn't far off from what I wanted to pay. Moved on to Chris in financing, and easy peasy. He offered all the warranties etc. that they had to offer, I chose what I wanted with no pressure for anything else. Walked out two hours later with my dream car. Chelsie took the time to explain and she made sure I understood and explained what I need to have when i do my next oil change. Honest, Fast, Easy The title says it all, the salesmanship was outstanding for honesty, transparency, and speed. I was at a competitor dealer working out financing and The title says it all, the salesmanship was outstanding for honesty, transparency, and speed. I was at a competitor dealer working out financing and they came at me with a ludicrous rate, I knew my credit and what I was willing to pay on interest and wasn't even haggling on price. It took the competitor dealer 4 attempts to get the financing where it should have started, that gave me 2 hours to contemplate my purchase and find a close match at Palmer. I called Palmer while sitting in the competitor sales office, gave them my info over the phone and 5 minutes later were ready to go on a Wrangler with more options with the correct financing terms verbally. We left and headed over, competitor could match, they had the Jeep ready and within 10 minutes working with Tony White, were in the Finance Managers office, DJ signing. While we were signing our Salesman, Tony, took the vehicle to fill up with gas and detail and literally pulled around as we walked out the sales managers door. Start to finish was 30 minutes from phone call to driving off the lot. I've bought new and certified cars from just about every brand dealer and I was laughing at how easy they made it. In today's world of internet transparency, and speed, Palmer put the internet dealers, and regular dealers to shame and delivered faster than Amazon. Great work! More
