had 3 warranty problems and the 60,000 mile service All was handled in good order. It took linger than anticipated due to memorial day and the warranty problems. Winston Anderson kept me informed and All was handled in good order. It took linger than anticipated due to memorial day and the warranty problems. Winston Anderson kept me informed and offered a car to use. I did not need it but did use the complimentary van. The cost of the 60K service turned out to be almost $1200. More

My SRT Charger Sucks I’ve had nothing but issues with this car. This is my 3rd SRT of the 2015 and up body. I’m not sure why it’s such a headache, but Luis and Palmer Dodg I’ve had nothing but issues with this car. This is my 3rd SRT of the 2015 and up body. I’m not sure why it’s such a headache, but Luis and Palmer Dodge have been my pain killers. If it wasn’t for Luis and the service, I would have moved on from Mopar. Luckily my car is still under warranty, so it’s not too much of an issue. However, if the issues continue I will be forced to depart from Dodge. The products don’t make the company great, the people who service and advise make the company great. More

Great Experience I came by the dealership looking for a new or used truck. I was walking about the lot and Kurtis remembered me from a week prior when I stopped by loo I came by the dealership looking for a new or used truck. I was walking about the lot and Kurtis remembered me from a week prior when I stopped by looking. I was just browsing the lot at that time but I came in ready to buy this later time. He asked me what I was looking for and my budget. We looked at new trucks and some used trucks. He showed me a 2016 Dodge Ram Laramie fully loaded that was in my price range. The truck was hidden behind another large truck so I missed it when I was browsing. The truck was a perfect fit for what I was looking for, actually better then what I thought I could get for the price. We made the deal happen and I am very happy with my purchase and the help from Kurtis on working with me to find the right truck for my budget.
