Recall work on 2007 Jeep and Check Engine/Gas Cap Light - %23.00 to reset the light and it is back on. Palmer did nothing and wasted two days and 30 miles round trip. Not only did Palmer Dodge exemplify a high level of integrity, but Gabriel, Todd, and Richard (finance) worked their butts off to make my deal work and get my husband and I in the car we wanted for the integrity, but Gabriel, Todd, and Richard (finance) worked their butts off to make my deal work and get my husband and I in the car we wanted for the price we wanted. There were some obstacles (none that Palmer was in control of or to blame for) but the guys helped us get through them with ease. Prior to coming to Palmer, we contacted Ed Voyles and Hayes and neither dealers were able to offer us what Palmer did. Gabriel is kind and knows his stuff and I'd send someone to him in a heartbeat. Todd is a great guy as well and was willing to negotiate where other dealerships were not. Richard in finance had a huge part in getting the financing approved even with some issues he knew how to push the deal through- experience is necessary and invaluable in this industry and these guys are very experienced. I'd recommend anyone and everyone to stop by, they have a vast selection and if they don't have it they'll get it for you. More
