This was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I HATE buying cars. Jordan was incredible. Per purchase I couldn’t say enough good stuff, great communication, great response, very helpful. Both the salesmen and I somehow overlooked the fact that both front rims were bent. Even after the dealership replaced the tires they still did not mention this safety defect to me. Only after I got back home did I notice this problem. Tried to contact the salesmen, sales manager, even the Vice President of the dealership and received no response. Finally after two weeks got a phone message from the sales manager and a week later and 4 returned calls have still not heard back from him. In short, pre-sale service A+… post sale service F-. I’m guessing the Palmer dealership cares only about my money and cares nothing for my business, satisfaction as a customer, not the safety of my family or pre-owned vehicles they sell. More

I recently bought a new Jeep at Palmer & had the best experience! I am a single female & try to take care of things on my own. Unfortunately when it comes to cars I'm not very knowledgeable and sometimes feel like I'm being taken advantage of, so somewhat untrusting of mechanics & "car salesmen". I shopped around, and Palmer hands down had the very best prices. Mike was my sales associate, who did nothing that resembled trying to "sale" me a vehicle. I immediately felt at ease with his personality & his knowledge. I felt he listened very well to what I was looking for and wasn't concerned about anything but helping me find the right Jeep for me. We test drove a bunch of different cars, and I really appreciate his patience. Nick is the sales manager that worked with Michael on my deal. I told them what I was able to do financially, and they worked with me to get the price down so I was able to drive off with my new Jeep that day. Mike Gebhardt rescued me from a lackluster sales experience. I was leaving the lot because the other guy was so clueless about salesmanship. Mike asked if there was anything he could do to help and I said I was going somewhere else to buy a Jeep. Well, I didn't have to. Mike took me under his wing and matched me with the Jeep that I wanted and LOVE. He treated me like family and it didn't feel like a "sales" experience at all. The store manager, Nubian, was also extremely respectful and courteous to me. They didn't give up on me when I was being selective and on a budget. I am so proud of my new Liberty and I want to tell everyone - in fact, I AM telling everyone - how easy Mike and Nubian made it for me to get the vehicle I have secretly longed for for years.
